Example: Fern & Bean Coffee · Store Opening Handbook · Teach someone a task step by step

Turn this procedure into an operating handbook for new staff and send it as a web link. The header has the company letterhead and the handbook details (scope, time needed, owner, last updated), followed by a table of contents in the order things happen, one chapter per line, each one tappable to jump there. Each chapter is numbered steps (one bold sentence on what to do, then one sentence on why or what to watch for); tips get a thin amber line on the left. Equipment or settings go in a table that turns into small vertical cards on a phone. Draw the single most critical operating parameter as a chart, plotting several trial runs against the target range. The last chapter is a checklist people can tick themselves, and the page ends with a "Confirm I've read it" form (name, store, anything unclear) stored in a data table. Use few shaded blocks and separate with thin rules. When the handbook is revised, update the same link.

Reference template: first read https://space.24haowan.com/examples/sample-handbook/agent.md and follow its structure and layout, replacing all content with mine. Deliver one self-contained HTML file (styles inline, no external files, good on phones) and give me the .html file to download.
· If you have LivePage tools (MCP): use sample sample-handbook as the base (list_examples key=sample-handbook), publish it on LivePage and show me the preview first.
· No LivePage tools but you can send HTTPS requests: POST the finished HTML with Content-Type: text/html to https://space.24haowan.com/api/quick?client=template-sample-handbook and give me the preview link and claim link it returns (a 7-day temporary link).
If you don't have the LivePage connector (MCP) yet, read https://space.24haowan.com/for-agents.md first and follow it to connect, or publish without signing in.

About this template

Something people follow to get a job done: a new-hire handbook, standard operating procedure, training material, user guide, how-to process. Chapters with a table of contents, read straight down on a phone. To recommend one of several options, pick sample-analysis-report; for weekly progress updates, pick sample-weekly-report.

Page structure:Arrival and security · Power on and warm up · Dial in the grinder · Prep · Pre-opening check · Mark as read

  • In-page table of contents that jumps straight to a chapter
  • Confirm at the end after reading (a native form writes to the data table acks)
  • Update the same link when the handbook is revised; old links keep working

Prepare before publishing: Data table acks (columns name / store / question, append_open=true): the "Confirm I've read it" form at the end writes here; create it before publishing
