How to send an AI-written daily report to a WeChat group

Reports posted in a group sink within minutes; screenshots are hard to read and files need downloading. LivePage publishes the report as a link: the group taps it and sees a formatted page, the same link is updated every day, and you can see whether it was read.

You can publish one piece without signing in: a web page, Markdown, PDF, PPTX or images, expiring after 7 days with up to 50 readers. Sign in for permanent links that keep the same address across updates.

Three steps

  1. Have your assistant save the report

Markdown or PDF both work. After WorkBuddy, Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant writes the report, ask it to export the file or connect to LivePage directly.

  2. Publish to LivePage

Once connected, one sentence publishes it: “Publish today’s report with LivePage and update yesterday’s link.” Without a connection, upload it on the quick share page with no account.

  3. Paste the link into the group

The group opens a web page. Tomorrow, publish to the same page and the link stays the same; members always see the latest day.

Say this to your assistant

Publish today’s report with LivePage and update the previous link. Show me a preview first; after I confirm I will paste it into the group.

FAQ

Do I need a new link every day?

No. Push a new version to the same page and the link stays the same; one pinned link in the group is enough.

Can I see who read it?

You can see how many times it was opened, how far people read and how long they stayed. Only device and page activity is recorded, never identities; to tell recipients apart, send two separate binders.

Can people outside the group open the link?

You decide. With passcode mode they need the passcode; switching to private cuts access immediately.

Which formats are supported?

Markdown, PDF, PPTX, web pages and images. Markdown is the easiest for reports; the platform handles the layout.

Can I do this without signing in?

Yes. Quick share needs no account: pick the file, preview, confirm, and the link appears; it expires after 7 days. Sign in once if you want a permanent link you update every day.
